On the morning of July 28th, Wang Lizhi, the general manager of Jiangxi YangPu Biology Co., Ltd., specially came to the Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade of Environmental Protection in Fuzhou City to present a banner reading "Help Enterprises Solve Problems, Show Caring for the Public, Civilized Law Enforcement for Harmony". He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the environmental protection department's law enforcement officers for their proactive assistance and effective resolution of the problems encountered by the enterprise during its development process.

It is known that Jiangxi YangPu Biology Co., Ltd. is located in the High-tech Industrial Park of Fuzhou City and mainly engages in the development and manufacturing of flavor essences, flavoring agents, and pharmaceutical intermediates. It is a national technology-based enterprise with multiple invention patents and high-tech industries. During a law enforcement supervision and assistance operation, the law enforcement officers found that the company had an environmental issue of missing monitoring factors. After detailed investigation and questioning, it was discovered that the missing monitoring factors were not caused by subjective intentional factors. The law enforcement officers immediately provided education and guidance on the spot, and explained the latest laws, regulations and policies. During the re-inspection of the company, it was found that they had voluntarily rectified according to environmental protection requirements and submitted a commitment letter to the environmental protection department. Finally, according to the "Regulations on the Benchmark for Administrative Penalty Discretion Rights of Ecological Environment of Jiangxi Province (2023 Edition)", the environmental problem of missing monitoring factors of the company was immediately rectified after it was discovered by the law enforcement officers and was completed within the period of order to correct. After collective study, a decision of exemption from punishment was issued to the company. 

"A single assistance and guidance, combined with lenient and strict law enforcement, has greatly helped the enterprise." Wang Lisheng said when receiving the decision of exemption from punishment. "After this incident, our company will definitely study the relevant environmental protection laws and regulations carefully, listen to the opinions and suggestions of the law enforcement officers, further improve the relevant environmental management systems, and ensure that all environmental protection measures are implemented effectively."
