According to the "Measures for the Recognition of High-tech Enterprises" (State Science and Technology Commission Document No. 32 [2016]) and the "Guidelines for the Management of High-tech Enterprise Recognition" (State Science and Technology Commission Document No. 195 [2016]), after the enterprises' applications, review recommendations, pre-review, expert evaluations, public announcements, and application for recordation procedures, the Office of the National Working Group for the Management of High-tech Enterprise Recognition of the State Science and Technology Commission has granted high-tech enterprise registration to 230 enterprises recognized in the second batch of 2025 in our province, and issued high-tech enterprise certificate numbers (attached). The qualification of the high-tech enterprises recognized in this batch is valid for 3 years. After expiration, the high-tech enterprise qualification will automatically become invalid. Enterprises can reapply for recognition in the year when the validity period expires. 

All relevant units are requested to further enhance their political stance, firmly assume the local primary responsibility, and continuously improve the cultivation, precise support, recognition management, and optimization of the growth environment for high-tech enterprises in multiple aspects; further strengthen the supervision and management during and after the process, continuously enhance the level of high-tech enterprise recognition and management work, and promote the reasonable growth in quantity and the effective improvement in quality of high-tech enterprises in our province. 

Recognized high-tech enterprises should cherish their honors and actively fulfill their obligations. They should consistently optimize their self-management in accordance with the relevant requirements of high-tech enterprises and promote all aspects of enterprise technological innovation with high quality. They should strictly follow the provisions of relevant documents to submit the annual enterprise development report on time and promptly report major changes such as name changes. Starting from the year of the issuance of the high-tech enterprise certificate, the enterprise can enjoy tax preferential policies in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Enterprise Income Tax Law" and its "Implementation Regulations" and other regulations.
